Enerfip

ENERFIP is a Société par Actions Simplifiée (simplified joint stock company), with capital of 168,082 euros, whose registered office is located at 6 rue de Maguelone, 34000 Montpellier, France, and registered in the Montpellier Trade and Companies Register under number 804 231 546 (hereinafter "ENERFIP").

ENERFIP operates as a European Crowdfunding Service Provider (ECSP), authorised by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) under number FP-20222, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 October 2020 on European providers of crowdfunding services for businesses and is also a Crowdfunding Intermediary (in French, Intermédiaire en Financement Participatif, or IFP), a status defined in Articles L. 548-1 et seq. of the French Monetary and Financial Code, and is registered with ORIAS (the body that manages the single register of insurance, banking and finance intermediaries) under number 15003274.

ENERFIP has Civil and Professional Liability cover. This insurance has been taken out with AIG for an amount of €400,000 per claim and €800,000 per insurance period, policy number 7.918.969. The publication director is: Mr Julien Hostache, in his capacity as Chairman of ENERFIP SAS.

ENERFIP is a member of the Finance Participative France (French crowdfunding) association and has undertaken to comply fully with its code of conduct, which is available from the association's head office or at https://financeparticipative.org/.
