Identity verification: what documents do I need to provide?

Our activity as a European Participative Finance Service Provider (PSFP) approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers under number FP-20222 is framed by strict rules. In order to validate your account and allow you to invest, we must ask you to provide us with the following documents:

An initial identity document

As part of the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing, we have a regulatory obligation to verify the identity of our investors.

List of documents accepted as initial proof of identity

.

  • your valid passport

  • your currently valid National Identity Card (both sides)

  • your residence permit valid

A second identity document

In accordance with the regulations in force, our payment service provider - which manages passbooks and fund transfers - asks our investors for additional proof of identity as part of the verification of their identity. This must of course be different from the first.

List of documents accepted as second ID

.

  • your valid passport

  • your currently valid national identity card (both sides)

  • your valid residence permit** * your driving licence front/back

  • valid driving licence (both sides)

  • your most recent tax assessment (income tax, property tax or council tax) - _Two birds with one stone! This document will also serve as proof of address;

  • your family record book

  • the receipt for the registration of your joint declaration by the partners in the civil solidarity pact.

Please note that if - and only if - you have no valid identity card, passport or residence permit, you will need to provide us with three supporting identity documents. If this applies to you, please do not hesitate to contact Enerfip customer services so that we can help you.
