What fees does Enerfip charge?

With the aim of guaranteeing the greatest possible accessibility to energy transition, Enerfip does not charge any fees to investors. to investors.

Registering as an investor with Enerfip is free, as are subscriptions and all payments to and from the Enerfip savings account. There are no operating costs for electronic portfolios either.

Enerfip is remunerated solely by the project promoters, by deducting 2 to 10% (incl. VAT) from the amount of the fund-raising in the event of success. This success fee is negotiated with the project promoter depending on the complexity of the financing, and includes the fees of the payment service provider. Project owners who choose to entrust Enerfip with this optional service may also have to pay for the creation and maintenance of investor registers.
